I’ve been on a gluten-free diet for 10 years because I find it helps lessen the chronic pain and fatigue associated with my multiple sclerosis (MS).
I went through a lot of trial and error to find my favorite gluten-free products, and I hope others enjoy them, too!
When I stumbled upon this bread made with sprouted and ancient grains, I’d already tried countless other options. This is by far the softest and best-tasting gluten-free bread — and the only one I stock in my freezer.
I went through trial and error searching for a gluten-free alternative to wheat flour that didn’t result in dense or dry baked goods. Then, a friend recommended this product, and I haven’t looked back since.
Other gluten-free waffles were dense and bitter. These are soft and delicious, and you’d never know they were gluten-free!
Seasoned with pecorino Romano cheese, these breadcrumbs keep the meatloaf moist while adding the flavor of Italian seasoning.
When I make chili, my family enjoys cornbread with it. This gluten-free mix is moist and sweeter than other mixes I’ve tried, and my children agree!
These pretzels come in various shapes and flavors and taste just like their glutenous counterparts. They come in snack packs, too!
Gluten is often hidden in seasoning mixtures, making rice packets difficult to purchase for those on a gluten-free diet. These rice packs are labeled as gluten-free, and they’re quite tasty, too! The Cranberries & Almonds flavor, with a hint of sweetness, is my favorite variety.
Chex offers numerous gluten-free options, but the Cinnamon Chex is my favorite go-to cereal for breakfast or snack.
I like this pasta because it is naturally gluten-free and has more fiber and protein than other gluten-free pasta.
If you’re a pumpkin fanatic, this mix might become your favorite. Available at Trader Joe’s for a limited time in the fall, I usually stock up for the winter. And if you’re lucky, you might find it on Amazon during the offseason!
